IPA Resource Library goes live!

Datum: do, 12/10/2015 - 14:19

IPA is delighted to introduce a new member benefit - an online, searchable collection of outreach projects from around the IPA world, and tools you can use for connecting with the public.

Please take a look at the new IPA Resource Library (IPA members only!).

This supports the IPA vision to reach out and engage with other professionals and the general public to promote the role of psychoanalysis in the modern world.

The Outreach section offers some excellent examples of creative and successful projects by IPA Societies and Groups, including film programmes, summer universities and the highly popular Freud’s Bar model. There is bound to be something that you can use or adapt for your own outreach purposes.

The Communications Toolkit includes practical tips on how to write for the public, use social media, websites and blogs and how best to engage with the media.

The Resource Library has been developed by Prudy Gourguechon and the Member Communications Services Committee.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed so far - we hope to keep adding to the Library to build up a valuable shared resource for IPA Members.
